While there are nearby restaurants/bars, I am not sure if they remain open as late as the Amtrak trains come by. There is no taxi, bus or shuttle service in Needles, however, I do know that the Traveler's Inn will provide a ride to and from the train station for their guests. There is also a pretty nice Best Western that is right next door to Juicy's River Cafe (wonderful food!) they would probably be willing to give you a ride also. Hope that helps!
