I use you several times a year. The last time I used you I told the driver that you are unable to schedule a home pickup on line. He said he would look into it. I would rather schedule on line, because my day is so busy. It this ever going to be an option.
Thank you for your question. We are currently looking at some new software for our reservation system that will give us that capability. Check back in a month or so. (Sorry, major upgrades like that take some time)
Hi names Ciara and I’m wondering why you don’t open your services to drop off and pick up in Bullhead. It’s along the way to Las Vegas and Laughlin and Greyhound does run through Bullhead for pickups, which leaves me wondering why you can’t drop off or pick someone up.
Hi Ciara – Thank you for noticing my error. This is a new website and it appears I didn’t bring all of the new information over from the old one. We do offer our services in Bullhead City. If you refresh your browser, you should now see the correct information.
I was looking at your drop off at 2411 W Broadway and I need to be dropped off at the Amtrak Station would you honor this request?
Thanks
P.D
Hi Peter,
Yes, the Amtrak station is one of our approved dropoff/pickup locations. (are you aware that the Amtrak trains only run very late/early?)
I too am interested in a drop-off at the Amtrak station in Needles, either on Dec. 30th, or the 31st. It would be convenient to find a restaurant or bar nearby to wait until the eastbound train arrives. Having taken the shuttle to Kingman, I find the waiting experience there to be lacking, especially if the train is late.
If there is a hotel/motel near the Amtrak station I may consider an overnight stay as well.
Well then, I’m sure you will find that waiting experience in Needles to be perfectly cosmopolitan! While there are nearby restaurants/bars, I am not sure if they remain open as late as the Amtrak trains come by. There is no taxi, bus or shuttle service in Needles, however, I do know that the Traveler’s Inn will provide a ride to and from the train station for their guests. There is also a pretty nice Best Western that is right next door to Juicy’s River Cafe (wonderful food!) they would probably be willing to give you a ride also. Hope that helps!
what is extra annoying is that i cannot be picked up in vegas at my hotel. first, i must pay an additional $25 or more for a cab to the airport, and then ur shuttle fee on top of it. id gladly pay a small fee to be picked up at my hotel, and ur company gets the money instead of a vegas cabbie
Hi Tony. Thank you for your suggestions. We provide scheduled service on regular routes and, regretfully, we simply do not have sufficient time to serve the Vegas hotels (there are a lot of them!). I understand your frustration.
